StretchLab Ramsey is seeking passionate movement professionals to join our team as Flexologists. In this role, you’ll provide one‑on‑one assisted stretching sessions that improve mobility, recovery, and quality of life. Ideal candidates have experience in fitness, personal training, massage therapy, yoga, or kinesiology and a desire to help people feel and move better.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions
• Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, and recovery
• Build lasting relationships and provide excellent client care
• Support studio membership sales through professional service
• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused culture

Requirements

• Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field OR National certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, NCSF) OR Licensed Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer OR Strong background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with anatomy education
• Must be available 20‑25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 1+ years of experience in fitness, bodywork, or therapeutic movement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
