Shamrock Labels in O’Fallon, MO is seeking full-time Printing Press Operators (Flexographic) for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting pay is $25.00–$34.00+ per hour, with 2nd shift +$1.50 and 3rd shift +$3.00. Duties include loading substrates, mounting plates, mixing inks, and maintaining print quality.

Overtime and a team environment are available. The role requires operating flexographic presses, performing quality checks, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
• Load substrates and mount printing plates.
• Mix and prepare inks to match color specifications.
• Monitor press operations for quality and consistency.
• Perform regular quality checks and measurements.
• Adjust press settings to maintain color accuracy and print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the press.
• Maintain production records and communicate issues to supervisors.
