Job summary

Continental Cup is seeking an experienced Wide Web Flexographic Printing Press Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate a state-of-the-art central impression press to deliver high-quality products at high speeds and perform quick roll changes to minimize downtime.

You will set up to 8-color jobs, mount printing plates, and maintain color accuracy with an X-rite Spectrometer, while ensuring a clean press area and SQF compliance. Attention to detail and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior flexographic printing experience is required.
• Ability to input production data into a production/inventory management program.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., stand, walk and bend for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a central impression flexographic printing press to produce high-quality output.
• Perform quick roll changes to minimize downtime and maintain press efficiency.
• Set up to 8-color jobs, mount printing plates, and maintain color with the X-rite Spectrometer.
• Maintain clean press area and follow SQF guidelines.
• Input production data into the management system and ensure job specs are met.

Continental Cup is looking for an experienced Wide Web Flexographic Printing Press Operator on 2nd shift.

As a Printing Press Operator, you are responsible for operating a state-of-the-art Central Impression Flexographic Printing Press to produce and maintain excellent quality at high speeds.

• 2nd Shift opening: Monday-Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., stand, walk, climb, squat, and bend for up to 8+ hours a day, as the job demands.
• Prior Flexographic Printing experience is required.
• Quick roll changes to reduce downtime.
• Wash and clean ink pots, Maintain a clean press area.
• Input production data into a production/inventory management program.
• Set up to 8-color jobs, mount printing plates, maintain color with an X-rite Spectrometer.
• Great attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn the most efficient way to get the job done.
• Willing to work overtime on the weekends if needed.
• Safely operate the printing press with excellent quality for each job run throughout your shift
• Maintain and follow all SQF guidelines as our facility is SQF compliant.
• $28.00 plus per hour based on previous experience and skillset.
