Job summary

Continental Cup Company LLC is seeking an experienced Wide Web Flexographic Printing Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Bethlehem, PA. The role requires operating a Central Impression flexographic press, managing up to 8-color jobs, and ensuring top quality while meeting production targets.

The candidate should have flexographic printing experience, be able to lift up to 60 lbs, and be willing to work overtime on weekends. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a wide web/central impression flexographic press or equivalent.
• Proven ability to maintain quality at high speeds.
• Willingness to work overtime on weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a state-of-the-art Central Impression Flexographic Printing Press.
• Input production data into a production/inventory management system.
• Set up to 8-color jobs and mount printing plates.
• Maintain color using X-rite Spectrometer and monitor quality.
• Keep press area clean and follow SQF guidelines.
