Job summary

Continental Cup is seeking an experienced Wide Web Flexographic Printing Press Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate a state-of-the-art central impression press to deliver high-quality products at high speeds and perform quick roll changes to minimize downtime.

You will set up to 8-color jobs, mount printing plates, and maintain color accuracy with an X-rite Spectrometer, while ensuring a clean press area and SQF compliance. Attention to detail and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior flexographic printing experience is required.
• Ability to input production data into a production/inventory management program.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., stand, walk and bend for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a central impression flexographic printing press to produce high-quality output.
• Perform quick roll changes to minimize downtime and maintain press efficiency.
• Set up to 8-color jobs, mount printing plates, and maintain color with the X-rite Spectrometer.
• Maintain clean press area and follow SQF guidelines.
• Input production data into the management system and ensure job specs are met.
