Job summary

Wisconsin Converting, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Flexographic Print & Ink Technician to support our printing operations. This hands-on role mounts plates, mixes inks, and ensures color accuracy and print quality across production runs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in printing or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with flexographic printing or color matching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mount printing plates and prepare equipment for production.
• Review orders to verify printing requirements.
• Mix and adjust PMS inks to meet color specs.
• Monitor ink viscosity and print quality.
• Assist with setup and changeovers.
• Ensure color consistency and proper registration.
• Inspect finished prints for quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot print issues.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow PPE rules.
