Job summary

Wisconsin Converting, Inc. is seeking a Print Set Up Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You’ll set up printing plates, mix inks, monitor color quality, and help keep production moving.

This hands-on role offers four-day weeks, evening shifts, and competitive pay with a $2/hour night differential. We train the right person and value safety, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, especially with color and quality.
• Team-oriented with a good work ethic.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar).
• Problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and mount printing plates for production runs.
• Mix and adjust inks to match colors accurately.
• Monitor print quality (color, alignment, consistency).
• Perform quality checks to meet customer standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly.
• Follow safety procedures when working with equipment and materials.
• Keep a clean workspace and assist with keeping machines and area clean.
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
