Qualifications

• 1+ year of flexographic press operating experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read job tickets and production documents.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration.
• Perform press changeovers and minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality checks and document production results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance.
