Plymouth, Indiana-based facility is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for the 2nd shift. The role involves running quick-change flexographic printing presses, ensuring high-quality output for consumer packaging, and supporting a skilled production team.

You will monitor print quality, manage color consistency, and perform setup/changeovers efficiently while maintaining safety and production standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of flexographic press operating experience preferred.
• Experience with CI (Central Impression) presses is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of inks, substrates, anilox rolls, and flexographic printing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, production specifications, and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications.
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production runs.
• Perform efficient job changeovers while minimizing downtime.
• Conduct quality inspections and document production results.
• Troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to run high-quality printing equipment and help deliver packaging products for well-known consumer brands. This role offers hands-on responsibility, modern equipment, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced production team.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 - $29.12/hour based on experience
• Shift premium available for off-shift employees
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
  
• Training provided on day shift
