Colonial Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a manufacturing operator to set up rails, print, and die cut on a Flexo press with precise technique. The role emphasizes quality checks, safety, and adherence to production schedules.

You will inspect dies, secure bolts, monitor box quality, and maximize equipment utilization while supporting the Operator team and completing required production and safety reports. Overtime and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work overtime on short notice.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up rails, print, and die cut section on Flexo per setup techniques.
• Inspect dies before and after runs and repair as needed.
• Secure cutting die bolts.
• Monitor box quality (loose liner, warp, size, print) and check rolls.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating at capacity and speed.
• Assist Operator, Assistant Operator and Utility with machine duties.
• Complete reports: Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs.
• Complete annual food packaging safety training.
• Report packaging safety risks or concerns.
• Follow company policies, safety, housekeeping.
