Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a capable operator to support our Flexo machines at our Texas facility. Responsibilities include setting up rails, print, die cut sections, inspecting dies, and maintaining box quality while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple requests
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervision
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work overtime on short notice

Responsibilities

• Set-up rails, print, and die cut section on Flexo according to setup techniques
• Inspect dies before/after run and ensure repairs are made
• Monitor box quality and equipment utilization; optimize production schedule
• Complete reports on production data, safety, and quality in a timely manner
• Report maintenance needs and participate in safety training and compliance
