Job summary

ADP in Dallas, TX is seeking a Second Shift Machine Operator - Flexo Press to produce printed objects using Flexo presses, ensuring proper staging with materials and tooling for efficient workflow.

You will run the press, complete jobs efficiently, assist with quality control, perform routine maintenance, and document daily production totals. Requires a high school diploma and experience with Mark Andy printing equipment; Narrow Web experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Mark Andy Printing equipment – A MUST.
• Experience in Narrow Web Printing Industry preferred.
• Vocational/technical school training preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates various types of printing machines.
• Reviews client requests to understand scope and parameters of print jobs.
• Determines quantities required for print job.
• Aligns and configures machinery.
• Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings.
• Troubleshoots issues with printing machine and makes basic repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance on printing machines.
• Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.
• Maintains a clean area around printing machinery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
