Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of flexographic prepress experience, strong proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Esko DeskPack/ArtPro+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Formal post-secondary graphic communications training.
• 3–5 years Flexographic Prepress experience.
• Esko DeskPack/ArtPro+ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare graphic files for production.
• Pre-flight documents to printing standards and adjust files for print/digital reproduction.
• Create and manipulate MAC & PC files with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat PDF.
• Coordinate with press operators and customer service to status jobs and solve problems.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and learn new equipment quickly.
