Job summary

RR Donnelley in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic Prelim/Prepress Operator for the 2nd shift. The role requires creating final production files, color separation, and proof generation using Adobe Creative Suite.

You will operate Mac environments, manage proofs, and ensure quality and timing across production workflows. The position offers a climate-controlled environment and a $2.00 per hour shift premium.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a graphic discipline with 3–5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Experience with packaging prepress and print specifications for Flexo processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and ability to interpret production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create final production files using prepress applications with bleeds and color separation.
• Verify barcodes and quality control of final production files.
• Operate Mac and production file servers, proofing devices, RIPs, and workflows.
• Perform color corrections for Flexo print processes and generate proofs for internal review.
• Maintain equipment and supply levels; record Time and Materials accurately.
