Job summary

PrintWorkers in Fridley, MN is seeking a skilled Flexo Operator for direct hire. The role demands experience with narrow-web flexographic printing and UV processes on multi-color presses. You will load materials, mix inks, monitor color accuracy, and troubleshoot to ensure top-quality labels.

The ideal candidate has about 2 years of roll-to-roll flexographic experience and can set up and adjust 6–10 color presses. This is a full‑time position with two shifts available and direct-hire status.

Qualifications

• About 2 years of roll-to-roll flexographic printing experience.
• Experience with UV printing on 6–10 color press units up to 16 inches web width.
• Ability to mount printing plates, mix inks, and maintain accurate, consistent colors.
• Set up and adjust presses to meet job specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor print quality and adjust as needed throughout production.

Responsibilities
