Computype Inc in Saint Paul, MN seeks an experienced Flexographic Printer to convert products with high quality while following Work Instructions and CAD drawings.

You will set up and operate flexo presses, ensure color registration across multiple colors, and document production data. The role emphasizes lean manufacturing and safety policies. The position offers a 2nd shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years machine operating experience.
• Flex printing experience including multi-color in-line operations.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and understand specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Flexographic presses per CAD specifications.
• Maintain color register and accuracy for up to four colors.
• Collect and document SPC data, material lot tracking, and production checklists.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance per Work Instructions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Maintenance on production issues.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and quality at the source on the floor.
• Overtime and shift hours may be required to meet schedules.
