Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Set up rails, print and die cut sections on Flexo per setup techniques.
• Inspect dies before and after runs and perform needed repairs.
• Verify bolts for cutting dies are secured.
• Monitor box quality including liner, warp, size and print; check for damage.
• Maximize equipment utilization by running at capacity and speed.
• Assist operators and maintenance staff with machine duties.
• Complete required production and safety reports accurately and timely.
• Submit maintenance requests for needed repairs.
• Follow all safety, policies and housekeeping procedures.
• Adhere to production schedule and propose schedule improvements when needed.
