Responsibilities

• Follow run procedures to ensure machine operation is correct.
• Start up the machine and control speed for quality output.
• Check bundle count and that boxes are glued properly on first load.
• Perform QMS checks and replace defective boxes from saved bundles.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and inform supervisor of downtime.
• Set calibration and registrations from the center line sheet.
