Job summary

The role requires professional, motivated, organized individuals with strong oral and written communication skills and typing/transcription abilities. Responsibilities include handling ProLaw-based mail, docket management, transcription of pleadings, and formatting documents.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; typing/transcription skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review/Log incoming mail using ProLaw and its dockets; email to attorney and paralegal.
• Add Dockets/Tasks for Case Management Orders/Responsive Pleadings.
• Transcribe pleadings, discovery, letters, client reports at attorney's request.
• Proof/format pleadings, letters, etc. prepared by attorneys.
• Document conversions (PDF to Word).
