Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Typing/transcription skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review/Log incoming mail using ProLaw and its dockets, e-mail mail to attorney and paralegal
• Add Dockets/Tasks for Case Management Orders/Responsive Pleadings
• Transcribe pleadings, discovery, letters, client reports at attorney’s request
• Proof/format pleadings, letters, etc. prepared by attorneys
• Document conversions (PDF to Word)
