You will manage a sizable book of business, drive platform adoption, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes proactive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering customer success.

You will lead reviews, share best practices, and ensure satisfaction with our web-based programs while working independently and with teammates. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing, service-oriented role focusing on relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and expansion of customers by advising on platform adoption.
• Serve as the primary contact for administrators in your book of business.
• Conduct regular business reviews to meet customer goals.
• Proactively communicate platform updates, best practices, and progress on open issues.
• Identify and address major product issues, client concerns, and retention risks.
• Host best practices webinars and office hours on a rotating schedule.
• Maintain a knowledge center by updating articles with platform team.
• Demonstrate product and deliver customer demonstrations.
• Escalate customer issues as needed and assist junior team members.
