You will oversee a substantial book of business focusing on implementation, client engagement, and proactive communication while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role focusing on relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and expansion by advising customers to ensure platform adoption.
• Serve as the primary contact for administrators in your book of business.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align with customer goals.
• Proactively communicate platform updates, best practices, and progress on issues.
• Identify and escalate major product issues and risks to retention.
• Host best practices webinars and office hours on a rotating schedule.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles with platform documentation.
