Job summary

WorkWave, a forward-thinking software and fintech solutions provider, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to cultivate strategic partnerships with our largest customers. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, drive adoption of our solutions, and maximize value while reducing risk across an expanding portfolio.

You will lead executive reviews, collaborate with Sales on growth opportunities, and mentor peers.

Qualifications

• Prior SaaS or software experience in enterprise settings.
• Extensive experience managing complex customer relationships.
• Proven track record delivering strategic outcomes and growth.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal contact for enterprise customers and align on strategic initiatives.
• Lead complex projects across the customer base and manage service portfolios.
• Coordinate internal resources and customer teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer relationships and journeys.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues and churn risk mitigation.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews with senior customer leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify growth and upsell opportunities.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to cross-team alignment.
