Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant for the Fair Play Welcome Center in SC.

The role covers general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep under supervision. The candidate must be able to work Fri-Sun 7:00AM-3:00PM and meet physical requirements for a busy public facility. The position involves janitorial duties, grounds care, waste removal, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have transportation to and from the assigned location.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as required.
• Must comply with company Drug and Alcohol Policy.
• Prior janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance: Grounds maintenance, waste removal, emptying trash/recycling, parking lots/sidewalks, cleaning.
• Janitorial tasks: Sweep/mop, clean surfaces, windows, fixtures, and restrooms; restock supplies.
• Strip and wax floors and maintain cleanliness of all areas within the Welcome Center.
