Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant in Fort Mill, SC. This part-time role requires working Friday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and performing general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the Welcome Center under supervision.

Responsibilities include janitorial tasks, grounds maintenance, trash/recycling management, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for visitors and staff. Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Overtime including weekends and holidays may be required.
• Must have a government-issued identification.
• Must have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Prior janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance
• Grounds Maintenance
• Janitorial duties across the Welcome Center
• Clean and disinfect surfaces and restrooms
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
• Light bulb replacement and basic building upkeep
• Support other maintenance needs as directed
