U.S. Facilities, Inc. operates the Fair Play Welcome Center in Fair Play, SC and seeks a Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant. The role covers general maintenance and cleaning under supervision, ensuring a clean, safe environment for visitors.

The position requires working Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed. The incumbent performs janitorial tasks across interior and exterior areas, maintaining restrooms, lobbies, and common spaces to contract standards.

Competenze

• Willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a government-issued ID.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Prior janitorial experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform general maintenance at the Welcome Center.
• Grounds maintenance and trash removal.
• Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean windows, fixtures, and restrooms; restock supplies.
• Strip and wax floors as needed.
• Maintain lobby, entrances, and common areas.
