Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant at the Fair Play Welcome Center in South Carolina.

You will perform general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep under the supervision of the Project Manager or Supervisor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors. The schedule requires availability Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Be willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Have a current government issued identification.
• Must have transportation to and from assigned work location.
• Be able to lift twenty-five to fifty pounds (25-50lbs).
• Be able to comply with Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.
• Prior Janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grounds Maintenance, Solid Waste Removal, Empty trash and recycling containers, Parking Lots/Sidewalks, Sweep and mop floors, Clean lobbies and common areas, Dust desks, vacuum carpets, Clean and disinfect sinks and toilets, Refill dispensers, Strip and wax floors, All other Welcome Center needs.
