Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant to maintain the Welcome Center's cleanliness and general upkeep. The role supports the Project Manager or Supervisor and requires reliable, flexible scheduling for a Friday–Sunday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities include lawn and grounds maintenance, waste removal, janitorial tasks, and light building upkeep across common areas. Prior janitorial experience is preferred, and transportation to the site is required.

Qualifications

• Be willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have transportation to and from assigned work location.
• Be able to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Prior janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance tasks as part of Welcome Center upkeep.
• Grounds maintenance and waste/removal duties.
• Janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces and fixtures.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
• Replace light bulbs and assist with basic facilities upkeep.
