Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with community employers to create employment opportunities.
• Conducts vocational assessments and coordinates services with DVR and partners.
• Provides job coaching, placement, and ongoing employment support.
• Develops individualized employment, rehabilitation, and career advancement plans.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation of services.
