Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a core behavioral health discipline or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent with degree.
• Ability to interpret vocational test data and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of vocational services and the Criminal Justice system.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 40 hours of annual training related to job description.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with employers and public agencies to identify job opportunities and training.
• Evaluates client background, skills, and interests to match openings.
• Matches potential job openings or training programs with clients.
• Coaches clients for interviews and workforce entry.
• Maintains weekly itineraries and progress notes for clients.
• Oversee weekly timesheets and attendance verification.
• Coordinate treatment activities with program staff.
