Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Virtual Teacher to provide flexible instructional support in a virtual classroom. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple grades, engage students, and maintain a structured online environment from a home office.

This PRN role requires adaptability and reliable coverage with short notice. The position is remote, with no guaranteed hours, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to teach across multiple grade levels as needed.
• Strong online classroom management and student engagement.
• Comfort with educational technology platforms (LMS, video conferencing).
• Flexible schedule with school-hours availability for PRN coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in a virtual classroom across assigned grades or content areas.
• Clearly communicate lesson objectives and guide students through instructional activities.
• Utilize provided materials (slides, resources, assignments) to ensure continuity of instruction.
• Maintain pacing and structure to maximize instructional time.
• Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and focused virtual classroom environment.
