Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Virtual Teacher to provide flexible instructional support in a fully online setting. The role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, engaging students, and maintaining a structured virtual classroom across multiple grade levels.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, communicative, and reliable, with comfort using educational technology and remote teaching platforms. This position is PRN and remote.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in a virtual classroom across grades as needed.
• Clearly communicate lesson objectives and guide activities.
• Utilize provided materials to ensure continuity of instruction.
• Maintain pacing and structure to maximize instructional time.
• Establish and maintain a positive, respectful virtual classroom environment.
• Monitor student participation and engagement during live sessions.
• Follow lesson plans with real-time adjustments as needed.
• Provide brief feedback to the assigned teacher after coverage.
