Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits to customer accounts with receipts.
• Cash checks for customers and non-customers.
• Process and record sale of monetary instruments (e.g. official bank checks).
• File government-mandated reports related to large cash transactions and the sale of monetary instruments.
• Identify potential financial needs and refer leads to platform staff for follow-up.
• Perform basic administrative functions and cash orders.
