Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two plus years of teller or cash handling experience with accurate balancing record.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to servicing and building customer relationships.
• Greet customers and provide a complete range of banking services, including opening new accounts.
• Explain bank products and assist customers with account needs and information gathering.
• Promote bank products, contribute to referrals, and resolve inquiries about accounts or services.
• Ensure operational compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of teller functions and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
