Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA or EA designation or ability to obtain within the first year required.
• Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience with a focus on taxation.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and accounting principles.
• Experience reviewing work prepared by others.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of client engagements, including planning, execution, and billing.
• Provide tax planning, consulting, and advisory services to clients; communicate with clients regularly.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and related financial statements.
• Conduct tax research and develop practical solutions for client challenges.
• Mentor and coach accountants, interns, and staff; foster a collaborative team environment.
• Stay current on evolving tax regulations and industry best practices; participate in thought leadership.
