Job summary

SHARP Literacy, Inc. is seeking a part-time/flex STEAM Educator to lead one-hour, hands-on workshops for students in K3 to 5th grade.

You will travel to classrooms in the Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Racine areas, delivering a varied STEAM lineup with confidence and independence. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, reliability, and strong communication, with training across the full K3–5th grade curriculum and opportunities to design sessions within our program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in school settings with diverse student populations preferred.
• Willingness to learn STEAM content and deliver hands-on sessions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour, drop-in STEAM workshops for K3–5th grade.
• Deliver hands-on, technology-based workshops across multiple grade levels.
• Engage and manage a classroom independently with limited lead time.
• Schedule-flexible availability Monday through Friday during school hours.
