Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license in Elementary Education or Middle Childhood‑Early Adolescence with a STEM emphasis.
• Previous teaching experience in STEM subjects at elementary or middle school level preferred.
• Experience with project‑based learning and integrating technology into the classroom is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive STEAM curriculum that meets DPI standards.
• Integrate technology, arts, and hands‑on learning experiences into the curriculum.
• Create differentiated lesson plans aligned with state and national standards.
• Deliver engaging instruction to elementary and middle school students.
• Use data to inform instruction and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues.
