FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients in South Gate and surrounding areas. You will work as an independent contractor, choosing your own schedule, and providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• The license must be current, active, and unrestricted; provisional licenses not accepted.
• ASHA CCC is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one home-based speech-language pathology services.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment.
• Determine and implement the plan of care.
• Complete documentation during visits using the EMR system.
