Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• The license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; conditional, provisional, or restricted licenses will NOT be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone
• Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report the patient’s response to treatment and changes to the patient’s plan of care.
• Deliver one-on-one home-based therapy to patients of all ages.
• Coordinate with FeldCare staff via Cliniconnects for scheduling and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR during or after visits.
