FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver high-quality care in the Long Beach area. The role focuses on adults with speech, swallowing, and cognitive needs, with assessment-driven treatment plans and ongoing progress monitoring.

The successful candidate will hold an active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist, be ASHA CCC-certified, and may be bilingual. Enjoy flexible scheduling and independence as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state.
• CCC-ASHA credential in speech pathology or audiology.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interpret, plan, establish, and execute a proper treatment program per physician referral.
• Record and report patient responses and any condition changes.
• Instruct and monitor patients, families, and health staff on therapy procedures.
• Make recommendations based on home setting and patient needs.
• Keep a record of each visit with detailed notes in the medical record.
• Review responses and advise physician on continuing or discontinuing therapy.
