Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a motivated Speech Therapist to provide quality home healthcare to patients of all ages as an Independent Contractor in Redondo Beach and nearby areas.

You will schedule visits, document patient progress, and determine the plan of care using our Cliniconnects app. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong per-visit compensation with supportive administrative services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license (current, unrestricted).
• ASHA CCC certification required.
• Reliable transportation to service Redondo Beach area.
• Smartphone and ability to use mobile apps for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home health speech therapy services to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment; adjust plans of care.
• Coordinate with clinicians and agencies through our app Cliniconnects for patient access.
