Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech, Oral Communications, Drama OR Theater with at least 18 graduate credits in Theater or Communication from an accredited institution.
• Experience with online, hybrid, Classroom Live, and future modes of instruction.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional strategies to fit student needs and revise curriculum for improved learning.
• Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback in courses taught.
• Advise students on course selection, internships, and career concerns.
• Engage in activities that help students achieve their goals, including letters of recommendation and linking to internships or networking.
• Attend events and meetings to support the program, school, and college.
• Pursue professional development and integrate new teaching techniques and technology.
• Maintain commitment to the college’s mission, vision and values.
