Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support pediatric and adult patients within the Burnsville Cobblestone Clinic and Flexible Workforce. The role requires CCC-SLP and Minnesota licensure, with mentoring provided for feeding experience.

You will collaborate with patients and families to plan, deliver, and adjust care across settings. The position is 0.8 FTE with shifts from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, primarily Mondays/Wednesdays for pediatrics and Thursdays/Fridays

Qualifications

• ASHA certification required.
• Minnesota license required or eligible.
• CCC-SLP preferred or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Document and bill per department standards.
• Support mentoring and professional development.
