Job summary

Critical Connection, inc in Willmar, Minnesota is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy across diverse care environments. The role supports CFY candidates and experienced clinicians, with 40 hours per week and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; developing tailored treatment plans; and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active (or pending) state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient-centered therapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
