Fairview Health Services is seeking an outpatient pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join teams at Woodbury and Maplewood clinics. The role requires CCC-SLP and feeding experience, with mentoring available.

We are seeking a collaborative, outpatient pediatric speech language pathologist (SLP) to join our teams at Fairview Clinics in Woodbury and Fairview Clinic and Specialty Center in Maplewood!
Preferred candidate will have CCC - SLP and experience with providing feeding services. Where feeding experience is limited, Fairview offers mentoring and development opportunities for professional growth. In collaboration with patients and families, the SLP is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
Fairview Rehabilitation offers a range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
