Job summary

M Health Fairview Clinic in New Hope, MN is seeking an outpatient pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. The role centers on evaluation, diagnosis, planning and intervention in collaboration with patients and families, delivering safe, evidence-based care.

Preferred candidates hold CCC-SLP and pediatric feeding experience; mentoring and professional growth are available within Fairview’s academic health system. 0.8 FTE with Tue–Fri schedule and 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• ASHA certification required for practice.
• State license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• If CFY year, active temporary MN license and working toward CCC-SLP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patient status and needs.
• Develop and implement an individualized plan of care with family input.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Document progress and maintain billing standards.
• Provide patient and family education and mentoring as needed.
• Maintain professional licensure and pursue development opportunities.
