Cogir Senior Living in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents during meals and events. You will ensure dietary needs are respected, assist with setting up dining rooms, and maintain a welcoming, safe, and cheerful atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months in service roles, strong communication, and a patient, professional demeanor. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is favorable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and guests warmly, delivering a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Honor dietary requirements and portion sizes per resident preferences.
• Prepare dining rooms before service and reset tables after meals.
• Communicate feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
