Qualifications

• Able to engage with guests and provide friendly service.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to use store apps and loyalty programs to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and accuracy at checkout.
• Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas as needed.
• Promote current promos and store events, and explain Store loyalty benefits.
