Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in New Jersey is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick and pack orders, stock inventory, and keep the warehouse organized. You’ll work shifts scheduled via our app, with at least one shift every two weeks and two shifts per month, plus onboarding and on-the-job training.

This role requires reliability, a team orientation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in refrigerated environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app, then hand off to Dashers.
• Manage inventory and spoilage, including shelf life.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
