Job summary

DashMart, owned by DoorDash, is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate in New York. You will pick up shifts through our scheduling app, with one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

Expect onboarding, a 4-hour on-the-job training, and ongoing shifts based on business needs. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, managing inventory and spoilage, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring customer-approved substitutions to delight customers.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders as they come through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and clean-up.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight customers.
